He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and an Advocate. He is a well- known personality in the field of Chartered Accountancy and a driving force behind the success of the company. Under his leadership the company has diversified into various challenging fields. He is the Managing Partner of a leading Chartered Accountants firm M/s Satish Aggarwal & Associates in operation since the last 32 years, which has national and international clients having turnover ranging from US $ 1 million to US $ 20 billion. He has been regularly representing before the tax authorities till the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).

He was member of the Research Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the financial year 2008-09. The Research Committee of the Institute is responsible for issuing guidance notes on various issues on reporting of financial results by business entities. He has been a special invitee to the fiscal laws committee of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India.He is a regular speaker at various seminars organized by forums like, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), study circles of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and other forums of trade and industry. He has been a Convener of a number of study groups of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or discussions on the Foreign Exchange and Management Act, 1999 and various other topics of International taxation.

He is a tech-savvy, young, energetic and dynamic team leader and under his leadership the company has achieved optimal utilization of technology in delivering its services. His leadership has inspired the company to diversify into various other avenues including operating a ‘Knowledge Process Outsourcing’ unit. He is in charge of the global and outsourcing operations of the company.

He is the promoter director of the company and a veteran entrepreneur, having an experience of more than 60 years in manufacturing, trading and marketing of various products. He is partner of M/s K. D. Engineering Works a leading firm engaged in manufacturing and trading of sanitary wares under the brand name ‘LOTUS’. With his blessings the company has handled many challenging assignments. His guidance, values and vision have been the backbone and pillar of strength to the operations of the company. He has been the driving force behind the highly motivated and inspirational company staff.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Science and is the promoter director of the company, having an experience of more than 15 years in managing the administrative affairs of the company. She has been actively involved in the operations of the company. She actively participates in activities of various NGO’s involved in social welfare and upbringing of under privileged section of the society.

A Cost Accountant and a Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and an experienced entrepreneur. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers and registered as a Chartered Engineer and a Cost Accountant. His vast experience in the field of engineering, accounting, costing, manufacturing, marketing and trading is a pillar of strength to the company. He has been providing his advisory services to the company since 2000. His advice, guidance has helped the company in providing many technical solutions and in becoming a respected name in the service industry.

He is a practicing Chartered Accountant, having a vast experience of more than 25 years in the field of accountancy, auditing, tax and financial analysis, among others. He brings to the company his vast experience and expertise, which has helped the company in achieving an edge over its competitors. He is the member of the advisory board of the company since 1998 and has been regularly providing his valuable input to the company for its various assignments from time to time.

A young dynamic leader advising and guiding the company in its strategic planning since the last 5 years. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering Physics from Delhi College of Engineering and a post graduate degree in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College, USA. He is responsible for promoting and marketing the services of the company worldwide.
