• Formation and Registration of Indian and Offshore Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP). (which involves drafting of all the statutory documents, filing them before the appropriate authorities and following up the same).
• E-Filing of documents of the Companies with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India under the MCA-21 Program.
• Advising the clients on various matters under The Companies Act, 2013 to ensure its compliance.
• Appearance before the Company Law Board/Regional Director/Official Liquidator.
• Assistance to Companies in Winding up of their operations/striking of their names from the Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act, 2013.
